Intuitive Watercolor + Yoga Workshop

This unique workshop experience couples a soothing yoga session followed by an intuitive watercolor session. Cultivate inner awareness through breathwork and soothing poses; then, express yourself creatively with a low-stakes, exploratory painting session. The morning will start off with a relaxing yoga flow lead by Erica Weddle from Simply Fitness and transition into an intuitive painting session guided by local artist and photographter Angie Kroger.

This workshop is designed to help you tap into your intuition and release tension so you can allow yourself to flow without judgement and express your inner artist! Regardless of skill level, this class is approachable and fun! All supplies are provided-- all you need to bring is an open mind (and a friend to make memories with!).

Erica Weddle and Angie Kroger are local entrepreneurs and creatives that share a studio directly above Second Story Studio. Erica is the owner of Simply Fitness, where she hosts adventures, events, and classes that are designed to help you move your body, rejuvenate your mind, and get you in touch with nature. Angie is the owner of Angela Jackson Photography where she captures sweet and organic moments between loved ones.

These two are a dynamic duo who enjoy creative exploration and are sure to help you relax and share lighthearted connection in our cozy studio space. We are thrilled to partner with them to feature this unique and compelling experience in Nashville, Indiana. You won't find another workshop like this!
