Jack's paintings and illustrations explore themes of identity as a bi-racial, gender-nonconforming indvidual growing up in the Midwest. Fish and bugs play a prominent role in their artwork as these critters are a common occurence in their memories and experience of otherness. Their paintings display zoomorphic depictions of themself in playful and contorted compositions.
